Since our founding, Nihonkai Ka has been importing antifreeze from China and selling them within Japan. In Japan, antifreeze agents were mainly distributed in PE bags, while in China, at the time, PP bags were the mainstream. For this reason, in order to meet Japan’s domestic distribution needs, bags were packed manually at the manufacturing site, resulting in low production efficiency and the risk of foreign matter contamination.

In order to meet Japan’s domestic logistics needs and increase productivity, under the leadership of Nihonkai Kagaku, we collaborated with New Long Co., Ltd., a domestic packaging machinery manufacturer, to manufacture an independently developed automatic PE bag packaging line and introduced it to the factories of our chemical suppliers in China.
This has increased production capacity at the manufacturing site, and also reduced the risk of bag breakage and foreign matter contamination, leading to quality improvements.

Nihonkai Ka has concluded general agency contracts with multiple supplier manufacturers, and has always worked together to find the best solutions to meet the needs of customers in Japan.
By building good relationships with suppliers, we can easily communicate customer needs to the manufacturing site and make improvements.We strive to improve customer satisfaction through practical improvements, such as not only proposing improvements to manufacturing methods and logistics, but also jointly developing, expanding, or renovating equipment as necessary.
