We have a career plan that allows each employee to step up in stages according to their growth. After joining the company, in addition to OJT, we have established a system in which senior employees work as buddies to support daily work. Depending on your experience and achievements, you can expand the scope of your roles and positions. This is an environment where you can steadily build your career toward your goals.

Basically, two people will be in charge of the project. When you first join the company, you will learn know-how while assisting senior employees with their tasks, and as you eventually become in charge of your own projects, you will increasingly be assigned the role of mentor and buddy to junior employees. Through daily communication with our buddies, we place importance on creating an environment in which it is easy for employees to discuss work and career concerns.
Awards will be given by the company upon acquisition of various qualifications specified by the company, person in charge of handling poisonous and deleterious substances, bookkeeping, etc.

Once a year, we have company trips both domestically and internationally. (Voluntary participation)
Introduction of shortened working hours utilizing child and childcare support system
A monthly allowance of 30,000 yen will be paid for properties owned or rented in the employee’s name.
A monthly allowance of 10,000 yen will be paid to up to one dependent child under the age of 18.
The commuting costs will be reimbursed at the actual cost.
As a company, we have joined the Anshin Foundation and will pay subsidies to employees in the event of an emergency.
As a company, we participate in the Small and Medium Enterprise Retirement Allowance Mutual Aid (for those who drop out of school), and a retirement allowance is paid to employees when they retire.
